A: We supply two quality grades:
- OEM Remanufactured Parts: Dismantled from genuine original printers. Units are fully cleaned, inspected, reassembled with new wear components. It retains genuine core parts, delivers performance close to OEM standard, with pricing between original spare parts and new compatible alternatives.

New Compatible Parts: Newly manufactured aftermarket spare parts, factory-fresh with more competitive pricing, ideal for cost-sensitive markets.
We clearly label both grades in every quotation so you can select based on your end customers’ demands.
Q12: Can you guarantee quality for remanufactured spare parts?
A: Yes. Every finished unit undergoes 100% live on-machine print testing before shipment. We simulate long-duration continuous printing to detect potential defects including paper jams, toner scattering, error codes and color shifts. Strict quality control is implemented during production instead of relying on after-sales remedies.
Q13: What is your warranty term?
A: All items carry a standard 3-month warranty. If any manufacturing defect is found after receipt, please contact our after-sales team for replacement support. Extra protection is available via Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Q14: Do your products have ISO / CE / RoHS certifications?
A: Please contact our sales representatives to obtain the latest certification documents. Our products have been steadily exported to European markets for years and comply with quality requirements for major overseas destinations.
