DIY Transfer Roller Installation: Refurbished Parts for Consistent Print Quality

Faded text or uneven color coverage often traces back to a worn transfer roller. Our refurbished rollers (factory-cleaned and tested) are easy to install:

Access the roller：Open the printer’s front cover, remove the toner cartridge, and locate the rubber transfer roller (it’s usually above the paper tray).
Release the old roller：Press the two plastic tabs on either end of the roller—lift it straight up.
Clean the area：Wipe the roller’s slot with a dry cloth (dust causes poor transfer).
Install the refurbished roller：Set our roller into the slot, press down until the tabs click, then reinsert the toner cartridge.
Calibrate：Run a “color calibration” (find it in your printer’s settings) to ensure even coverage.
