Q51: What is the difference between a fuser film and a complete fuser unit?

- Fuser Film / Fuser Sleeve: The core consumable component installed inside a fuser unit. It can be replaced separately once worn out.

Complete Fuser Unit Assembly: A full kit including fuser film, pressure roller, thermistor and all related parts. It enables straightforward whole-unit replacement.

Q52: What is the difference between an ITB transfer belt and a transfer roller?
A:
- Transfer Belt (Intermediate Transfer Belt / ITB): Deployed in color laser printers. It transfers all four toner colors sequentially onto printing paper.

Transfer Roller: Helps transfer toner from the OPC drum onto paper, widely used in monochrome printers.

Q53: How frequently should pickup rollers be replaced?
A: Replacement is recommended once paper feed failures occur, such as failed paper picking, double feeding and frequent jams. Wear usually appears after 100,000 to 150,000 printed pages. Our pickup rollers adopt optimized raw materials, delivering durability close to OEM standard.
