A: Yes. We are able to offer the following services as requested:
- Remove original brand logos and markings
- Customize carton logos and packaging artwork

OEM service is available starting from 1 piece; more favorable pricing for bulk orders.
Q23: Can you arrange sampling?
A: Sure. Sample lead time takes about 7 days. Sample cost differs according to product model, and the sampling fee can be deducted when you place a bulk order.
Q24: What is the standard OEM customization workflow?
A: Standard OEM procedure:
- Customer submits requirements (product model, quantity, packaging design files)
- We issue and confirm formal quotation
- Customer pays deposit (normally 30%)
- Produce and send samples for customer approval
- Mass production starts after sample confirmation
- Complete production and QC inspection; customer settles balance payment
- Arrange shipment
