Q57: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We support various payment options for global customers:
- T/T (Bank Transfer) — the most widely used
- PayPal
- Western Union
- WorldFirst
- Payoneer
- Alibaba Trade Assurance — recommended for new clients
Payment terms: 100% advance payment once the order is confirmed. Goods will be dispatched after funds arrive.
Q58: Do you accept Letter of Credit (L/C) payment?
A: At present, L/C payment is unavailable. We suggest new customers place orders via Alibaba Trade Assurance for safer transactions, while long-term partners can choose T/T. If you have special requirements on payment arrangements, feel free to discuss further with our sales staff.
